Meet the Team
-
Meagan Catricala, LICSW, PMH-C
Mental Health Specialist
“After having my two children and facing my own mental health challenges, I saw the importance of having supports in the postpartum period. I am passionate about providing psycho education to expectant parents. Education about PMAD’s is crucial in helping new moms be prepared for possible mental health struggles, so they can access resources and supports if needed. My hope is that by educating expectant parents it will provide them with a smoother transition into parenthood.”

Bethany Kenney, CBS
Lactation/Breastfeeding Specialist
“After being sent home with my first daughter in a triple feeding plan, with no plan or support from my doctor on how to get back to exclusively breastfeeding her, I almost gave up. Seven years, and four kids later, my journey with nursing all of my children successfully came from a loving community of other moms who supported me, and education and lactation support from free breastfeeding support groups, like La Leche League and Baby Cafe. My passion is to provide to others that community and education I’ve been so grateful to receive, and to aid others in an achieving a positive breastfeeding experience with their babies for however long they desire.”

Katherine Booth, PT, DPT, PRPC
Pelvic Floor Specialist
“Although I had been an acute care physical therapist for 5 years after having my first child, I still found it difficult to navigate my postpartum recovery. I was trying to return to exercise and work where I needed to lift patients. After having my other 2 children, it was even more clear that postpartum moms need more help and guidance to be able to heal their bodies, lift and care for their infants and older children, and return to exercise and activities that they previously enjoyed. It was these things that led me to specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy. I especially enjoy providing education to those during pregnancy to initiate preventative measures and help them as they navigate the journey into motherhood.”
